Who can apply: Fundraising proposals must be submitted for Board of Directors review and approval prior to launch. Must align with Foundation mission; raffles/auctions/games of chance generally not approved except limited Foundation-organized events. Organizers may need to provide W-9, EIN, and 501(c)(3) verification when requested.
