Who can apply: Applicants must be 30 years old or younger in the year of application; must have successfully completed a master's degree; singers must live in the Netherlands, though foreign singers may also be considered; applications from organizations programming for young talent must be written and include an extensive motivation and budget; individual musicians have priority depending on annual budget.

Deadline: 1 January to 1 April each calendar year
