Who can apply: Applicant organization must be ANBI-recognized, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, have an up-to-date policy plan, current-year budget and prior-year annual accounts, submit a complete project plan and required attachments, and commit to reporting on project progress. Projects should have long-term positive impact, be aimed at self-reliance, include entrepreneurship opportunities, work with local people and resources, and preferably be in Africa or, secondarily, the Indian subcontinent. The foundation primarily targets projects for girls and women; projects for children and family planning are also screened in the quickscan.
