Who can apply: Must be highly motivated to contribute to the changes described on the site; willing to cover part of the programme costs; the programme must provide access to the Sezen referentiestelsel (evidence must be attached); application processed only after admission and registration to the chosen programme; recipients agree to help others access such programmes when possible.
