Who can apply: Projects and initiatives in the fund's core areas may be considered. The fund gives preference to initiatives that are new and/or not already subsidized by government or other parties. Priority is given to the regions of Groningen and Arnhem-Wageningen, though projects outside these regions can also be considered. Current temporary suspension: new requests are not being processed until expected return in Q2 2026.
Deadline: Temporary pause on new requests; expected to reopen in the second quarter of 2026.
