Organisational Grants

Who can apply: Applicants must be City of Westminster based schools or organisations. The Foundation cannot fund running costs. Bids should relate to educational benefit, including capital improvements, music/arts enrichment, or SEN support. The Foundation’s limited income and annual applicant volume affect decisions.

Deadline: Deadlines for organisational applications are March 2nd, April 30th, and August 31st. The Trustees meet in March, June, and October.

Organisations Grants (schools and City of Westminster organisations)

Who can apply: Organisations must be City of Westminster based and proposals must relate to specified educational purposes. Running costs are not eligible. Include last audited/examined annual accounts and information on other funding sources.

Deadline: Trustees meet three times a year (March, June, October). Application submission deadlines: March 2nd, April 30th and August 31st.

Extra-Curricular Activities Grants

Who can apply: Applicant must meet the 2-year City of Westminster connection requirement.

Individual Education Grants (bursaries, school fees, general individual support)

Who can apply: Applicant (the child) must have a proven 2-year connection to the City of Westminster by living or being schooled there. For school fee bursaries, applicants must meet one of specified criteria (e.g. needs not met by state provision, professionally identified SEN with evidence, need for stability until next transition point, or boarding due to home circumstances). Partial funding from other sources is normally expected.

Equipment Grants (laptops, tablets, data, textbooks)

Who can apply: Applicant (the child) must have a proven 2-year connection to the City of Westminster. Applicants may be supported via their school.
