Organisational Grants

Who can apply: Applicants must be City of Westminster-based schools or organisations. Funding is limited to educational purposes only and cannot be used for running costs. The Foundation may consider partial funding for capital expenditure, enrichment through music or other arts, or support for special educational needs. Applicants should explain impact, other funding sources, and provide recent audited or examined accounts.

Deadline: Trustees meet three times a year in March, June, and October. Submission deadlines are March 2, April 30, and August 31.

Organisations Grants (schools and City of Westminster organisations)

Who can apply: Applicants must be City of Westminster based schools or organisations. Funding must be for educational purposes only; running costs are excluded. Eligible uses include capital expenditure for educational building/infrastructure improvements, enrichment through music or other arts, and alleviation of issues experienced by those with special educational needs. Award availability depends on the number of eligible applicants in the financial year and the purpose of the bid.

Deadline: March 2nd, April 30th, and August 31st; Trustees meet in March, June and October

Equipment Grants (laptops, tablets, data, textbooks)

Who can apply: Applicant (the child) must have a proven 2-year connection to the City of Westminster. Applicants may be supported via their school.

Extra-Curricular Activities Grants

Who can apply: Applicant must meet the 2-year City of Westminster connection requirement.
