Who can apply: Projects must be documentary, have a PBS station or public media organization as a co-producing partner, have secured national broadcast for public television distribution, and have at least 50% of the budget raised. Applicants must hold artistic, budgetary, and editorial control and own the copyright. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents of the United States or its territories and have extensive national public television experience.
