Who can apply: Borrowing institutions must have satisfactory fire, theft, water damage, flood, earthquake, and environmental hazard controls; trained security personnel during public hours; security and alarm systems outside opening hours; proper environmental controls; reduced display lighting for light-sensitive works; physical protection for the works; and a strong curatorial fit with the exhibition.
