Who can apply: Requests must have a direct or supporting relationship to Keystone PVA's mission. Applicants should be individuals (members), event organizers, or organizations requesting funds for events or sponsorships consistent with the chapter's mission. Life-member-specific limits apply (absolute limit of $1,250 per request and $2,500 per year for any one life member). All funding is subject to Board of Directors approval.
Deadline: Completed form must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event/date funds are needed. Board approval required; applications reviewed monthly.
