Who can apply: Organisation must be established for at least one year and produce one year of financial records. Annual income over £750,000 is unlikely to be considered. Groups do not need to be registered charities, but must be charitable in law; CICs limited by shares are not accepted. Preference is given to organisations with a bank account in the group name, written rules, and two unrelated signatories. No grants to individuals.
