Who can apply: Projects must be suitable for promoting cultural relations between Hamburg and Berlin. Applications require a detailed project description showing the connection to Berlin and Hamburg and a financial plan. The foundation does not provide continuous institutional funding or finance material in-kind support; event management must be ensured by the applicant.

Deadline: No fixed deadline; applications should be submitted preferably three months before project start.
