Bando Persona (Prima Sessione 2026; Bando Persona - strumenti annuali)
Who can apply: Applicants must have legal and/or operational headquarters in Ferrara and Province. ETS registered in RUNTS, social cooperatives, religious entities, and local municipalities are eligible. Schools and the University are not eligible as applicants/capofila for this call. Projects must be carried out mainly in the Foundation's territory and cannot be already underway at the time of the call opening. One project per organization per call; partner roles must be formalized. Co-financing of at least 10% is required, rising to 30% when redevelopment/renovation works are 70% or more of total cost. Personnel costs capped at 20% except specialized direct-care staff, with exceptions documented.
