Who can apply: The project must support young people facing personal, family, school, or social difficulties in undertaking a personal challenge that leads toward autonomy; it must include a detailed plan, active participant involvement, clear objectives, and the organization must have other sources of revenue, sound governance, and verified financial statements. Funding cannot be used to purchase equipment, materials, or real estate. OSBL applicants must provide a Canada Revenue Agency registration number.
