Exhibition Projects and Curatorial Research Trips
Who can apply: For exhibition projects: applications must be submitted by the organising institution or association, not by artists; eligible organisations include non-for-profit art centres, museums, cultural institutions, research centres, online projects, and artists' publications; projects must involve living France-based/French artists in the UK or UK-based/British artists in France; grants must not exceed 50% of expenses and must represent at least 5% of the project's total budget. For curatorial research trips: applications must be made directly by curators; candidates must be French or based in France for at least five years, or British or based in the UK for at least five years; applicants need at least three years of professional experience or equivalent significant professional practice; institution-affiliated applicants must provide authorisation to travel for the proposed research.
Deadline: Open call issued twice a year. The next call for applications will be open between 27 October and 24 November 2026.
