Who can apply: Individual candidates should be Executive Directors or founders of nonprofit organizations, full-time employed, typically with 5–10 years leading a nonprofit, hold responsibility for management of organizational funds, live full-time in San Diego County, and be an active member of the Fieldstone Leadership Network (e.g., have graduated from a learning group or coaching program). Strong board support and commitment to a one-year program are required.
