Who can apply: Organizations must work with children (ages ~2–18 or still in high school); bikes must be intended primarily for children’s use; organization must be one of the listed acceptable types; must be located within Delaware or serve families within Delaware; must provide transportation and be able to pick up at warehouse for Giveaway Day/Bulk Pickups; 501(c)(3) or public sector/voluntary sector (exceptions considered in some tribal/reservation cases). Organizations based in Delaware that send bikes to other states/countries are not eligible.
