Who can apply: Projects and organisations must be located in Victoria. Preference is given to requests unlikely to receive significant government funding and likely to have positive outcomes. The Bequest prefers specific projects and outcomes rather than general operational costs.

Deadline: Applications are due by the end of April each year. Funding applications for 2026 were scheduled to open in February 2026.
