Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit entities offering services aligned with the program's stated priorities. The August 2026 edition evaluates tutoring or curriculum-supplement programs, early childhood programs, vocational and college-access programs, programs for populations with functional diversity, artistic training or sustained arts-access programs, chronic-disease support programs for pediatric or older-adult populations, autism programs for children and youth, and programs supporting survivors of gender-based violence or women's workforce reintegration. Proposals solely for exhibitions are not evaluated.
