ELJA Fund
Who can apply: Applicant must be an organisation (stichting, vereniging, bv or nv) with a cultural mission, established in the Kingdom of the Netherlands or Caribbean Netherlands; not a sole proprietor or organisation in formation. Applicant is expected to have demonstrated experience with the target group and a cultural mission in statutes. Preferably ANBI. Must commit to Fair Practice Code, Code Diversiteit & Inclusie and Governance Code Cultuur. Projects must have clear start and end, run 2–12 months after deadline, and demonstrate co-financing (ELJA does not fund full budget).
Deadline: Applications accepted year-round; assessed three times per year. For 2026 listed deadlines include 6 May 2026 (15:00) and 1 October 2026 (15:00). (English site listed 2025 deadlines as Feb/May/Oct.)
