Who can apply: Groups supporting young people under 25 living in the defined Saffron Walden area. Community groups not registered as charities may apply but must provide evidence of constitution, trustees, bank account etc. Individuals must be under 25, in financial hardship, living or educated in the area; evidence of need required. Not intended to substitute state education funding.
