Who can apply: Projects must align with the foundation's purpose of preserving South Tyrolean rural building culture and historical building fabric. Criteria include cultural-historical significance, urgency of measures, owner's financial circumstances, priority for measures securing the building's survival (especially statics and roofs) and visible from public space (facades, roofs), quality of workmanship/materials/technology, and submission of a financing plan showing other public contributions. An expert site visit is part of the evaluation process.
Deadline: Applications must be submitted by December 31 each year.
