Who can apply: Applications are assessed based on cultural-historical significance of the building, urgency of the measures, economic situation of the owner, priority for measures securing the building's survival (e.g., structural stability and roofs) and visible from public space (facades, roofs), quality of craftsmanship/restoration, and submission of a financing plan including public contributions. An on-site inspection by a foundation-appointed expert is part of the process.
Deadline: Applications are due by December 31 each year.
