General Grants to Charitable Organisations
Who can apply: Preference for registered charities in the North West of England working on mental health and mental disability projects, with demonstrated expertise and financial stability. Applicants must have a governing document, a governing body of at least three unrelated individuals, and a bank account in the group's name with at least two unrelated signatories. No grants to individuals. Prior grantees must have submitted all required reports before reapplying.
Deadline: Trustees meet four times a year, generally in March, July, October and December. Applications must be received at least six weeks before each meeting. Latest stated deadlines: March meeting 9th February; July meeting 27th May; October meeting end of August; December meeting end of October.
