Community Enrichment Grants – Stream 2: Non-Profit Capacity Building
Who can apply: Organizations and their programs or services must directly benefit the Comox Valley within School District 71 boundaries. Eligible applicants include CRA-registered charities, First Nations, municipalities, public bodies performing a function of government in Canada, and registered BC nonprofit societies working in partnership with a registered charity. Previous CVCF recipients must have completed required final reports. One application per organization per calendar year is permitted, regardless of stream. Direct program delivery costs, client services, regular operating costs, unrelated ongoing salaries, and equipment solely for program delivery are outside the scope. Scholarships, bursaries, political activities, endowment or reserve funding, discriminatory activities, and certain exclusively sectarian activities are ineligible.
