Who can apply: Eligible applicants include voluntary and community groups, charities, schools and PTAs, not-for-profit organisations, and non-constituted groups with a mission statement. Not eligible: parish councils, individuals, private businesses, organisations able to distribute funds among members, statutory organisations (excluding schools), and organisations with annual income over £1m.
Deadline: Open grants round; applications are assessed on submission and the programme closes once each councillor has spent their allocation.
