Who can apply: Must be a nonprofit organization (applicant confirms 'Not for Profit'); Charlson Meadows does not accept private events (weddings, reunions, corporate events). Schools and places of worship limited to a 20-mile radius. All events require application review and acceptance by Charlson Meadows.

Deadline: Calendar-based; specific year calendars open/close (site notes 2026 closed, 2027 open).
