CMTA Center of Excellence Application

Who can apply: Clinic director must be a neurologist with a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine; see 15 or more CMT patients annually; provide multidisciplinary CMT services and therapies; be accepting new patients with a six-month or less wait time; distribute CMTA patient education materials; participate annually in a local CMTA patient education meeting and walk event; attend the annual CMTA Centers of Excellence Clinic Directors meeting; complete an annual patient statistics form; and have the clinic director or another COE provider be a member of the Peripheral Nerve Society and attend its annual meetings.

CMTA-STAR (Strategy To Accelerate Research) Funding

Who can apply: Access is described for CMTA-STAR partners in both commercial and academic settings. Additional models may be available through collaborators.

Deadline: No open call. Proposals are invited on occasion; Step 2 proposals are due within two weeks after invitation.
