Who can apply: Must align with C4CS values and mission; be based in Wisconsin (no international work); able to be insured under C4CS insurance; demonstrate charitable intent and fit 501(c)(3) criteria; have committed leadership and an advisory board; demonstrate program need; have an initial budget and initial funding or plan to fundraise; have a thought-out business plan or strategy.
