Who can apply: Applicants must be registered charities or qualified donees (Great Lakes Secondary School is also eligible); projects must benefit residents of Sarnia-Lambton and be submitted with all requested information by the posted deadline. The foundation does not normally fund deficit reduction, retroactive funding, academic and scientific research, political activities, endowment funds, direct religious activities, or core administrative costs.
Deadline: Applications are accepted once per year; the deadline is advertised in the local newspaper. The application process is closed until January 2, 2027. Proposals are reviewed and decisions made by July, with notifications by the end of July.
