Who can apply: Projects must contribute to civic life in the municipality of Biblis and fit one of the foundation's statutory purposes. Eligible applicants include recognized nonprofit institutions, organizations, associations, initiatives, and, in some cases, individuals from Biblis. Projects should not have a commercial, political, or denominational orientation; should not be already started or completed; should not cover general operating costs; and should not be large-scale or fall under public authorities' mandatory responsibilities.
