Who can apply: Applicants may work in any country around the world. Artivists must be proficient in spoken and written English and have strong connections to the community and/or issues addressed in their work. Projects may be in any artistic medium, must be completed within one year, must have a clear target audience, should demonstrate a strong connection to relevant communities or stakeholders, must be accessible to the public without charge (donations allowed), and must not involve party political lobbying or violence. Previous recipients may apply three years after the end of their original award.
Deadline: Applications open once a year; applications will open in August 2026.
