Who can apply: The applicant and chief investigator must be current full financial ACCCN members for at least 12 consecutive months. The chief investigator must meet the applicable critical care nurse researcher criteria. Projects must directly relate to critical care nursing practice and be of high scientific standard, with at least two critical care nurses, including the chief investigator, as investigators. Nurses undertaking higher degrees are encouraged to apply. Only one application per principal investigator is permitted per round; members cannot receive more than one grant per two-year period.
