Who can apply: Open to nonprofit youth groups, including Boy and Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Brownies, 4-H, JROTC, CASA, church groups, and other not-for-profit youth service organizations. Each group must provide proof of liability insurance coverage of not less than $1,000,000, including sexual abuse/molestation coverage and Arizona Elks Major Projects, Inc. as an additional insured.
