Who can apply: Dissertation must have been submitted and completed within the last two years before the application deadline at a recognized higher education institution and awarded magna cum laude or better. The work must relate to palliative care and show a clear contribution to practice, theory, or social relevance. Applications may be submitted by the doctoral candidate or by third parties (e.g., supervisors).
