About this program
Funding and direct provision of bespoke manual, powered, sports and all-terrain wheelchairs for children and young people with mobility-related disabilities or long-term health conditions. Variety liaises directly with suppliers and does not make cash grants.
Who can apply
Applicants must not yet have reached their 19th birthday and must have a recognised disability or long-term health condition that permanently affects mobility. Young people aged 13+ may apply themselves. Proof of residency and financial requirements are required, plus supporting documents; sports wheelchair applicants also need a letter from their sports club.
