About this program
Self-contained almshouse accommodation for single people and couples in Rochester and the surrounding Medway area. Residents are supported by wardens and out-of-hours emergency cover is provided.
Who can apply
Applicants should live in the Medway unitary authority area at the time of application, or be returning to be closer to friends and/or family in Medway; be in need of accommodation; be in reasonable health; be able to look after themselves; be State Pension age or over and no longer working; and be in receipt of Housing Benefit or Pension Credit.
