Mutual of Omaha Foundation provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
Programs to mobilize employee volunteers for group volunteer projects and to place Mutual of Omaha employees on nonprofit boards in the Omaha area. The Foundation coordinates group volunteer opportunities and accepts requests to add organizations to its list of potential partners. Board member placement requests are reviewed and can take 3–6 months.
Who can apply
Organizations must be Omaha-area nonprofits. For board placement, the organization's executive director must be full-time and applications must include job description, insurance documentation, and any documents required of board members.
