About this program
Coordinated animal rescue transport service that moves dogs and cats from overcrowded animal control facilities (primarily in southern states) to areas with stronger adoption markets (e.g., New York Tri-State). Animal Saints offers transport at no charge for nonprofit rescue groups that partner with them; transport is paid for by donations to Animal Saints.
Who can apply
Non-profit rescue groups that partner with Animal Saints and commit to helping find homes for animals pulled to safety. (Transport is explicitly described as available only for partnering rescue groups.)
