About this program
Request form for schools or departments to request materials and supplies that directly support students. Approved requests are fulfilled by the Foundation as product purchases rather than cash grants.
Who can apply
One request per school per semester, preferably submitted by an administrator or admin appointee. Request must be for products outside the Teacher Warehouse that support students. Not a grant request; funds are not issued to the applicant.
