A partnership programme (Community First Oxfordshire, OCVA, Oxford Community Action, Volunteer Link Up, Charity Mentors Oxfordshire) funded by The National Lottery to provide tailored advice, outreach clinics, mentoring, training and networking to micro and small community organisations across Oxfordshire.
