About this program

The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) provides monthly boxes of USDA-donated nutritious food to low-income seniors in Louisiana. Feeding Louisiana holds the CSFP contract for the state and partners with the five regional food banks and local distribution sites to deliver boxes to eligible seniors and to enroll/partner with distribution agencies.

Who can apply

For seniors: age 60 or older, Louisiana residency, and income at or below program guidelines (150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines). For agencies: must be a distribution site/agency partnering with Feeding Louisiana/region food banks (Feeding Louisiana collects site information via a distribution site questionnaire).
