About this program
The SAHT Public Facility Corporation requests applications for transactions utilizing a Public Facility (PFC) execution — can be used for acquisition/rehab of multifamily properties, new construction, and adaptive reuse. In this partnership the SAHTPFC would own the property and lease it to the developer in a ground lease structure, providing full real estate tax exemption and sales tax exemption for construction materials.
