Woningen binnen de 56 dB(A)-contour; woning moet op 3 juni 2022 bewoond of in gebruik zijn geweest door huidige eigenaar; toetsingskader: gemiddeld geluidniveau maximaal 38 dB in verblijfsruimtes; huurwoningen alleen met toestemming eigenaar.
