About this program
A nationwide early-childhood water familiarization initiative run by Stiftung Deutschland Schwimmt with partners BABY born and BECO. In 2026, around 500 kindergartens receive a practical package with water-familiarization materials, water fibels, exercises, and educational media to help children and families build water confidence and safety.
Who can apply
Selected kindergartens participate in the 2026 nationwide action; the page also offers registration for a free package in 2027. The initiative is aimed at kindergarten children and their educational settings.
