About this program

ASUCLA considers requests for in-kind donations and, on a case-by-case basis, promotional support for fundraising drives. In-kind support may include food, non-alcoholic beverages, and merchandise from the UCLA Store, ASUCLA Restaurants, and ASUCLA Catering. K-12 schools and groups are only provided UCLA information packets and pennants; direct cash contributions are generally not provided.

Who can apply

Eligible applicants include UCLA student groups and university departments programming student-related events where students will be the majority of attendees, and K-12 schools and groups. Priority is given to UCLA student groups that cannot secure funding from other campus funds, are focused on students' educational development, have not received ASUCLA donations before, and are hosting non-annual student-related events. Merchandise used for raffle or door prizes must be awarded to current UCLA students. For promotional support, the request must align with ASUCLA core values, involve extensive student-community fundraising coordination, add value to fundraising efforts, last no more than one week, and the recipient of monetary proceeds must be an established 501(c)(3).
