About this program

A Native homebuyer education training program led by NAIHC since 2004. The course trains Tribal housing and financial education professionals to become certified Homebuyer Education Instructors and includes Pathways Plus recertification/advanced training. Manuals are available for certified trainers, and NAIHC invites Tribes or TDHEs to request Pathways training if they do not see a scheduled course.
