Care and Share Foundation provides donated goods or services here, not funding. Nonprofits receive items or support directly rather than money, so there is no award to spend. If you're looking for cash funding, this program won't provide it.
About this program
Care and Share supplies food and resources to a network of partner agencies (food pantries, meal sites, shelters, schools, churches and community centers) across 29 Southern Colorado counties. Organizations may apply to become a partner agency to receive food distributions and program support.
Who can apply
Community-based organizations (pantries, meal sites, schools, churches, shelters, etc.) that meet Care and Share partner criteria (location, hours of service, program activities and how it complements existing partners). Religious organizations may need to complete IRS Church Qualifier form. Specific documentation and food-safety certification required (post-application documents are provided).
