About this program
Provides meals (companion meals) paid for by Feeding Families Foundation to the parent/caregiver staying with a hospitalized child; meals are delivered to the hospital room to allow parents to stay bedside. Launched at Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital and expanded to additional units and hospitals.
Who can apply
Parent/caregiver staying with a hospitalized child in participating partner hospital units. No financial documentation required; eligibility is based on caregiver status rather than means-testing.
