About this program

Provides orchard plantings (fruit trees, bushes, vines) at no cost to qualifying community gardens, schools, parks, and community sites. Program includes planting and expects stewardship/benefit to surrounding community (donations, public harvests, education).

Who can apply

Site must be within listed Georgia counties, have access to water, be sunny & well-drained, have an orchard stewardship team, be publicly accessible, and preference for sites that donate food or serve underserved communities. Preference for sites able to host 10+ trees.
