About this program

A HRSA-funded, no-cost support program that helps participating health centers optimize health IT use, improve clinical quality, data analytics, value-based payment readiness, interoperability, digital health adoption, and clinician well-being. OCHIN provides consulting, training, technical assistance, toolkits, and peer-learning resources through the HCCN.

Who can apply

All FQHCs and FQHC look-alikes qualify. Organizations may join any time during the current program cycle. There are no restrictions based on size or location. Participation does not require use of OCHIN Epic EHR.
