About this program

Waste Not rescues surplus perishable food and redistributes it at no cost to qualified nonprofit partner agencies (shelters, senior centers, schools, rehabs, food pantries, etc.) across the Valley/Maricopa County. Partner agencies receive same-day deliveries of fresh food through Waste Not’s refrigerated fleet and volunteer network.

Who can apply

Nonprofit organizations that serve people in need (e.g., shelters, senior centers, schools, food pantries) within Waste Not's service area. Agencies must be able to receive perishable food and meet partner distribution requirements. (Contact Waste Not Agency Support for specifics.)
